If you need us to speak more slowly and clearly over the phone when we get in touch, just let us know and we’ll make a note of this for next time.

Adding an authorised user
If you’d like a friend or family member to help you manage your account, you can add an authorised user. They’ll be able to discuss your account freely with us, although you’ll still have to authorise any changes you make to your account, like a change of address.

You can share your situation and request special support in the app. Just head to the Help & Support section, tap ‘Your situation and support’ and then ‘Share your situation’.
